Sales Manager

As a pioneer and practitioner of intelligent office solutions globally, GAOSSI® OFFICE has been deeply engaged in the field of office automation (OA) for many years. Guided by the core concept of “Driving the Efficiency Revolution with Intelligence”, relying on self-developed flagship products such as the General Smart Integrated Office Information Management System (GSIMS) and the Donghe Invoice Management System (DHIMS), we have provided full-link digital services to over 15,000 enterprise customers, covering more than 100 industry segments including manufacturing, finance, and retail. Core Responsibilities of the Position
1. Strategic Market Development and Business Growth
- Take the lead in formulating and implementing sales strategies for the company’s software products such as GSIMS and DHIMS in domestic and overseas markets. Accurately position target customer groups (such as multinational enterprises, government agencies, and large and medium-sized private enterprises), and develop industry-specific and region-specific sales growth plans.
- Identify the needs of potential customers, address customer pain points (such as inefficient office processes, cumbersome invoice management, and data security risks), and combine the company’s customized services (function customization, VBA code development, and system configuration) to output high-value solutions.
- Take the initiative in developing benchmark customers in key industries (such as finance, manufacturing, and healthcare). Through high-level business negotiations and resource integration, achieve the signing and implementation of projects worth tens of millions of yuan.
2. Full Lifecycle Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain a database of core customers. Regularly conduct customer needs research and satisfaction surveys, promptly respond to customer inquiries (such as product function consultations and after-sales support), and improve customer renewal and repurchase rates.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide customers with one-stop services from demand analysis, solution customization to system deployment, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
- Identify potential customer needs, promote cross-selling and value-added services (such as EXCEL VBA code customization and PYTHON development services), and enhance the lifetime value of customers.
3. Sales Team Management and Talent Cultivation
- Lead a sales team of more than 10 people. Develop a team goal decomposition and performance assessment system. Through regular training, case reviews, and practical guidance, improve the overall sales capabilities of the team.
- Analyze the strengths of team members, reasonably allocate customer resources and regional markets, stimulate team collaboration efficiency, and ensure the overfulfillment of quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Build a sales talent echelon, participate in the recruitment, interview, and training of new employees, and reserve high-potential sales backbones for the team.
4. Industry Insights and Strategy Optimization
- Continuously track the dynamics of the office automation and SaaS industries. Analyze the product, pricing, and channel strategies of competitors, form market analysis reports, and provide data support for the company’s product iteration and market strategy adjustment.
- Participate in industry summits, forums, and customer activities, establish the company’s brand influence in the industry, collect customer feedback, and promote product function optimization.
Qualifications for the Position
Hard Requirements
- Experience: More than 5 years of software sales experience and over 3 years of team management experience. Successful cases in selling enterprise-level software such as SaaS, ERP, and OA are required.
- Performance: An average annual personal sales volume of over 10 million yuan in the past three years, and leading projects with a single contract value of more than 5 million yuan.
- Resources: Have stable customer resources of large and medium-sized enterprises, or have in-depth cooperation experience with leading enterprises in industries such as manufacturing and finance.
- Abilities: Possess excellent business negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills, and be able to independently complete high-level customer presentations and contract signings.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or above. Relevant majors such as marketing, computer science, and business management are preferred.

- Familiar with the fields of office automation and digital transformation, and have an in-depth understanding of technologies such as AI and RPA.
- Hold relevant certifications such as PMP and sales management, or have overseas market expansion experience.
- Have keen market insights and data analysis capabilities, and be able to drive sales decisions through data.
